Thank you for trusting SpanishviaSkype to learn Spanish via Skype. Before you start, you may want to take a look at our company policies. Please read following terms and conditions. If you have any questions, comments or concerns arising from the website, the privacy policy or the way in which we are handling your personal information please contact us.

RESERVE YOUR CLASSES

To reserve your classes, all you have to do is consult our class timetable (go to the section “reserve your class”) and sign up. Once you have signed up, you can choose the day/time you prefer (you can book your classes 24 hours before you take them); you select the type of lessons you want to reserve and you select the way you want to pay for them (Pay Pal or bank transfer). You can choose either single classes or block of classes (10, 20, 30 or 40). KEEP IN MIND THAT THE CLASS TIMETABLE IS SHOWN IN THE TIME ZONE OF MADRID (SPAIN).

USE-BY DATE CLASSES

You have 6 months to enjoy them, which is easy if you´re interested in improving your Spanish. You must have these classes within this time; otherwise they will not be valid and the money will not be refunded.

RESCHEDULING CLASSES

The student can reschedule the class without incurring any penalty on the condition that he/she informs his/her teacher by email, with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the class is due to start. Classes that are not cancelled with sufficient notice will be charged for.

CLASSES CANCELATION

All you have to do is email your teacher with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Your class will be cancelled and another reservation will be made for a class on another day that suits you. Classes that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice shall be charged for and therefore you will not be refunded. With SpanishviaSkype you can only cancel two classes per month. As of the third, the class fee will not be refunded.

SPANISHVIASKYPE REFUNDING POLICY

If you decide that SpanishviaSkype is not for you email admin@spanishviaskype.com with, at least, 24 hours before your next class. If you have paid for a block of classes 80% of the amount paid will be refunded, and if you have paid for just one class then 100% will be refunded. The student is responsible for the charges for the transfer. With SpanishviaSkype you can only cancel two classes per month. As of the third, the class fee will not be refunded.

STUDY MATERIAL FOR THE CLASSES

During the classes the student will receive texts in Spanish (news items, articles, interviews, song lyrics, transcriptions of videos, etc.) on which the teacher and student will work together. Moreover, at the end of each class homework will be set for the student so that you can practise at home what you have seen in class that week. All this is included in the price of the classes.

This material will not be shared, sold or otherwise distributed to any student or company.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

If the break in communication is due to technical difficulties in the student´s computer or Internet connection SpanishviaSkype will try, the first time that this happens, to reschedule that class so that the student does not lose it. If it occurs several times the student will lose these classes. If it is our system that fails, SpanishviaSkype will give you an extra class to make up for the missed class.
